There are numerous lose weight food out there which I am conscious of, and most of them promise a fuss-free weight loss process if you commit to one. Consume this miracle weight loss “elixir” and you will shed kilos and pounds within weeks. Well, I bumped into one recently and just had to comment on it.
Yes, it is the simple lemon juice.
Weight loss never comes any easier with lemon juice diet!.
The program is for you to drink 6-8 glasses of lemond juice per day and then eat a very small breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do this procedure everyday.
This looks more like a detoxing diet to me. Not a weight loss program.
Pretty much the lemon juice is acting like a digestive aid to detox out your insides.
So is weight loss achievable to you? Yes, surely you can lose weight but won’t get rid of fat. Haven’t you noticed that you will lose weight too if you have diarrhea. In this kind of weight loss process, it is the lemon juice that helps to quicken the excretion movement.
Now I am not saying you can’t follow this type of program if you want to cleanse your system and clean out your insides.
That is fine to follow this type of program. Don’t follow it though if your goal is to lose permanent body fat. Your dreams of permanent weight loss will be crushed and your frustration levels will continue to rise.
Very important to inform you that if your long term objective is to have weight loss, then you have to find something that teaches you have to stay near you ideal weight after you have dropped those fats from you. You need to learn lifestyle changes to do this and those changes are not you drinking 8 glasses of lemon juice a day for the rest of your life.
